On the second day of Saharun 2011 the participants will be on their way towards Bologna on Italy’s A13 highway, to conquer the Italian boot after changing route to A1. But before this they will take a little tour to the Ferrari Hometown…

Coimbra Ltd. who has several organizational tasks on Saharun is a member of the Hungarian Italian Chamber of Commerce. Thanks to the cooperation in 2010 more than 200 teams of our African run could depart to the second day from the closed main square of Mantova (Mantua). The scene of the start: Palazzo Ducale - built in the XIV^th century, part of the World Heritage - gave an unforgettable experience to the participants. 


The monumentality of the medieval ages is replaced by the most modern years and fascinating motor technologies in 2011. On the second day the participants of Saharun will visit the place where Ferrari was born, where Enzo Ferrari’s empire can be found, Maranello. This time the small town will not only be noisy from the sport cars engine, but from the noise of Saharun off-road cars. Enter the Saharun 2011 and visit Maranello, the city of Ferrari with the other participants. Recommended not only for Formula 1 fans!
